I don’t lose my temper very often.  Even Aubergine never set me off.  But I did.  I raised my voice and roared and was unreasonable, for about 5 minutes, then apologized.  Can’t take back all I said, but I can feel remorse and don the sackcloth and ashes of the penitent.

No excuse for losing one’s temper, you know.  When it is lost, it is a good idea to look for it, immediately.  Usually it is hiding up one’s own ass.
